Post-release cooldown

No new size for 1–2 sessions after any major release (CPI, PPI or FOMC), even if a setup looks A+. When CPI and PPI come back to back, the wait starts after PPI.
Global kills
If any of these are live, stance is NO TRADE.
- CPI print window — do not invent a setup.
- FOMC day and the session after the statement + presser until structure is clean.
- No revenge clips after a stop.
- If stance is NO_TRADE, the kill is the stance. Journal it. Do not negotiate.
